- I write daily in my other blog — bradyhelps.com. It’s for people interested in self-effectiveness and life insights.
- I am teaching myself game theory using ChatGPT.
- I am listening to: The Knowledge Project, Conversations with Tyler, World of DaaS, McKinsey Talks Talent, HBR Idea Cast, and Freakonomics.

I work in B2B Customer Success. I’ve worked in entertainment, hospitality, insurtech/SaaS, auction platforms, and now I’m at a growth marketing agency. I’ve led 735+ departments with layers of management and small globally distributed teams. People tell me that I’m a strong human leader. And I believe that’s my value-add for you — I’ve amassed lots of experience working with global teams and I achieve results through and with people.
I created this blog for me and for you. I do not intend to commercialize the content. It’s free for you. And if it’s useful, I hope you’ll share it. I created the blog because I wanted to gift the world a 365-post book each year — one post for each day of the year. I want these posts to be representative of my, often contrarian, view on talent.
I see myself the way a Venture Capitalist may see themselves — relentlessly pursuing great talent in order to investment in them, incubate their talents, and ultimately exit it to better roles internally or externally. Adopting the posture, I believe I put myself and the organizations I work for in prime position to attract great talent and get stronger returns.
If you enjoy the work, feel free to drop me a line. David at bradyhelps.com (that’s my other blog).
